Conditions

These conditions are the Translation of our German conditions. They govern all rental agreements or possible other holiday arrangements which are arranged through Feelazur - Holiday homes. The Contract governs the agreement between you and Feelazur and its Partner. We recommend that you study the following standard terms of business carefully.

Booking process

After having choosing the apartment or villa, you can send us an inquiry, fill out the "Request" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons. We will send you a complete offer after verifying the availability. If the proposal suits you, you only need to validate it and email or fax us.
At the same time you are agreeing upon and accepting these General Sales Conditions which are integrated as part of the rental agreement. A reservation can only be accepted if the customer is 18 years old when the reservation is made.

After reservation, we will send you a confirmation form specifying the rental object, period of rental, rental price, and possible additional travel arrangements. Please, always verify that all the details of your rental are correct. We must receive a prepayment for your reservation.

Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your prepayment is received. You can pay by credit card (1% charges) or bank transfer (only per IBAN, SWIFT or SEPA transfers are accepted).
We do not accept postal money order, Travellers Checks or cash. The Euro is the only accepted currency.
We will send you a confirmation of receiving the prepayment in writing an e-mail

Payment

To confirm immediately the reservation, we must receive a prepayment: usually 25 % of the price of the object (otherwise, it is mentioned in our offer) + cancellation insurance if ordered. It has to be paid 4 days after the confirmation form date. The prepayment binds Feelazur as well as the customer to the order.
The rest 75% of the total amount must be paid at least 4 weeks/ 31 days before arrival date.

if the contract is agreed upon less than 31 days before departure date, the whole amount has to pay at once
In case of late payment, Feelazur and its Partner have the right to demand the payment and if necessary cancel the contract.

After the full payment, Feelazur and its Partner will send you per email a voucher which shows the agreement details and all practical issues such as address, telephone, picking up key (valid for housing and private apartments) The voucher must be shown at arrival.

All prices are to be understood per object, including administration fee and service charges in case nothing else is mentioned. The final cleaning is included by most of our partners (otherwise, it is mentioned in our offer) Please check conditions for bed linen and other options.
Pets are not always accepted from all the owners; please check it in the description of the object. Pet must be registered by the reservation and written in confirmation form.
"Pets accepted" means one dog or one cat per Flat or villa.

In France it is common to pay a holiday tax to the local authorities in Euros.

Cancellation by Feelazur and its partners

if unforeseen circumstances occur, our partners may be obliged to assign you a different apartment than the one reserved: you will be informed and we will do our best with our partners to see that you become accommodation in a flat of a similar category. Our partners reimburse only if they don't have a similar category available.

Changes /Cancellation by customer

If you want to change the dates of your stay or anything else after a reservation, it will cost you 25 €, if it is possible to change it. If not, we have to consider your reservation as cancelled.
A cancellation is considered to be receipt at the moment that Feelazur - Holidays rentals has received the cancellation announcement. Cancellations must be in written form per e-Mail and it is your obligation to make sure that Feelazur and its Partner has received the cancellation.

Cancellation fees - cancellation from the renting party / rental taker
  1. If the cancellation takes place before 50 days before arrival date, 30% of the total rental price will be taken.

  2. If the cancellation takes place between 49 to 30 days before arrival date, 50% of the total rental price will be taken.

  3. If the cancellation takes place between 29 to the arrival date, 100% of the total rental price will be taken.

We keep the entire cost of your rental or deposit of reservation in case of cancellation by yourself as follows :
  1. you do not show up on the planned arrival date.

  2. You decide to leave the flat before the planned departure date.

  3. You cancel your reservation

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO TAKE A CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We advise you to take cancellation insurance in case of sickness. The cancellation insurance is usually paid together with the order. Feelazur and its Partner is agent for Insurance Company - Die Europaische (ERV)
Feelazur / ERV offer you its unique Cancellation Guarantee. It covers you against cancellation charges on the accommodation only if you are forced to cancel within the penalty period before departure, and/or during your holiday in this object due to illness or death of any member of the travelling party or close relatives. Valid proof must be supplied to make a claim.

We always send you an offer by answering your inquiry. Ask for it when proceeding to your booking.

Number of persons in the flat or villa

The number of persons cannot be more than the number of persons indicated on the description of our flat/ Villa and during the reservation (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, our partners reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

Arrival Day

Possible comments on the condition of the product have to be reported immediately to the local office/agent so that discrepancies can be corrected. If the latter is unable to rectify the defect within a useful period, Feelazur must be informed. In case of a complaint it is necessary to have it presented in written and should be signed by the local owner or partner.

Usually you have to pay a security deposit fee at arrival (pre-authorization by credit card print valid for houses and apartments). In case nothing is damaged, you will receive the deposit back after checking after the departure (automatically destroy after 48 hours). You can usually find he deposit amount in the price list per object.

Usual departure day is Saturday in high season by apartments and holidays homes. But our partner are more and more flexible in the others seasons. Check the description or ask us.

Some partner can ask you for a copy of your passport or ID card for every person occupying to the rented apartment

Feelazur and its Partner can not be held responsible for deficits or changes which are unforeseeable or unavoidable and which are beyond the company's control, for example war, nature catastrophes, employment conflicts or anything similar
In any case Feelazur and its Partner will inform the customer immediately about the situation immediately after occurrence.

If you intend to arrive later than the opening hours we have, the key holder must be notified in good time (you will receive the address of the key holder with your travel documents, it could cost more). If you are unable to occupy the property as agreed, e.g. as a result of traffic delays, strikes etc., or for personal reasons, the full rental price will remain payable. This will also apply if you leave the property early. If you wish to extend your stay, please discuss this in good time with the Feelazur.

Feelazur and its Partner can not be held responsible if you cannot travel because of not getting in time your Visa for France or Europe. You are responsible in clearing all formalities to get a tourist Visa for France or Europe, according to agreements between your country and France. We strongly recommend you to inform yourself by the embassy of France in your country before booking a flat or Villa.

Renting Period

The renting period is usually from arrival 4 o'clock PM until 6 o'clock PM and departure should be the following Saturday before 10.00 o'clock AM. But it can be longer by some partners: you will be informing becoming the voucher.

Renters Obligations

You are obliged to treat the rental object and all belongings in a careful and proper manner because you and yours accompanies are responsible for any damage that is caused. The keys have to be picked up at the beginning of the rental period; a deposit has to be delivered (print of credit card). The paid deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the rental period if the rental object is returned in good and clean condition with all belongings.

The flat should be turned over to us in the same state of cleanliness and working order. You are not permitted to put anything on the walls or to move equipment and furniture.
Occupy the flat with respect to other occupants of the building.
Do not transfer the rental or sublet the flat.
Do not practice any commercial or other activity on the premises.
If these conditions are not respected, our partners can end your rental without any prior notification.

The person signing the contract is responsible for his/her group.
If a person occupying the premises creates a disturbance, we will be obliged to end the rental agreement before the time period expires and we will keep the entire cost of your rental.

Feelazur and its Partner Liability

Feelazur and its Partner is an European holiday rentals agent and is responsible for arrangements of renting agreements between you and the owner/ Partner. The partner is responsible that the execution of that is correct; Feelazur has selected its partner. The agent's liability is limited to actions which are with wrong intentions or inattentive. Feelazur and its Partner do not take liability for any changes in agreement which do not concern the rental object (for example change of bathing possibilities, Opening hours, season for restaurants, shops as well as increase of local tax and shift of travel routes, shops, and road or building activities).

Also the offices can not take liability for any discrepancies of the customer's stay that is caused by the climatologically circumstances as well as the local circumstances. (f.i. swimming prohibited, closing of the swimming pool etc.). Feelazur - Holiday rental's replacements liability only concerns direct economical damage. For indirect damage (consecutive damage) or damage of non economical kind, Feelazur can not take economical liability.

Feelazur - Holiday rentals, always in name and with agreement our partners, possible restitution responsibility is in all cases limited to the renting party's total paid amount.

Complaints

In case of a complaint concerning the rental object during the renting period, you have to inform our local partner and Feelazur - Holidays rentals within 48 hours after the point of take over about the discrepancy.

If you are not satisfied with the solution that is offered, so shall you contact Feelazur - Holidays rentals and/ or our partners preferably by phone or by email, enabling Feelazur and its Partner to try and resolve the complaint to your satisfaction. Failure towards following this procedure will hinder Feelazur and its Partner ability to resolve the complaint and/or investigate it in fully and any right to compensation will be substantially reduced.

If defects that are not hidden are not notified immediately on commencement of the rental period, it will be assumed that the property is free of any defects. If defects arise during the rental period, the same rules will apply. Feelazur, as the case may be, is not authorised to recognise claims, but will help you to solve the claim with the partners/ owners. Any claims must be notified to the Feelazur in writing within one week of the end of the contractual rental period and the necessary evidence provided (photographs, confirmation of the local agent, etc.). If you fail to comply with the above rules, you will forfeit all rights to compensation.

A complaint received by Feelazur or the partners within 48 hours counting from the take-over of the rental object, is considered to be reported from the beginning of the rental period. In case the renting party leaves the rental object whiteout having informed Feelazur and its Partner and without have given Feelazur and its Partner a chance to correct, the renting party withdraws itself from all possible refunds.

In case the cleanliness of the rental object is not satisfactory, this should be reported to our partner, the day of arrival. Feelazur and its Partner will in all cases try to meet the expectations and wishes of the customers but can not guarantee.

Photos

Photographs found on our site cannot be used without the authorisation of Feelazur AND our partners under threat of legal action.

Security and valuables

we are not liable for any loss or theft of valuable objects that belong to you. You must have a civil liability insurance.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction, Litigation

In case of litigation occurring for the execution of the general conditions or during their realisation and in regards to the conditions or their consequences, if a friendly settlement does not occur and if the litigation must be brought to a court, the parties give jurisdiction to the Tribunal of our Partner in France, or Germany for Feelazur.
