Spacious 2 bedroom apartment of 110m² in the centre of Nice in a quiet area. apartment is on the 1st floor in a Niçoise villa and has an equipped terrace of 15m². 50m to all commodities, 150 m from the nearest tramway stop and 800m from the beach and Place Masséna.
The Separate and entirely equipped kitchen. Dining room. Sofa in the living room, TV, internet access, hi-fi stereo, DVD player.
2 Bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) opening onto the terrace and the second one with 1 double (140cm) and 2 single beds. Bathroom. Separate toilet.
Closed parking space for 1 car max 1m80 - (no 4-wheel or mini-bus) .
Pets allowed (but on request): 50 euros/week. Damage deposit: 500 Euros.

As a longtime regular tenant of this holiday apartment in Nice, I can state that the landlord makes improvements from year to year.
Although the apartment is very centrally located, there is no noise from night clubs, bars or the like.

Not far from the main center streets, about 15 minutes walk to the beach, very close to nice shops - everything fresh and cheap. The apartment holiday in Nice is well equipped, very large and great.
