Constructed in 2006. The holiday apartment has a large terrace equipped with a lounge, dining area, a parasol. Situated on one of the first hills on the West side of Nice, the view on the Bay of Angels is fabulous, day and night!
The holiday rental is equipped tastefully. Equipped kitchen corner, living room/ dining room with flat screen TV, Internet access, French windows accessing the terrace. 2 bedrooms with a 180cm bed each (2 singles beds 0.90 in one of them). Shower room, separate toilet.
Garage for 1 car.
