Close to all commodities. Surface of 43m², a terrace of 15m² with dining area, view over the city and surrounding hills.
Newly equipped kitchen: ceramic cook top, washing machine, dish-washer, oven and refrigerator/ freezer. Livingroom with dining area and double sofa bed. Bedroom with one 160cm double bed. Shower room with toilet.

Super location of the holiday rental in Nice, great balcony and comfortable setting! We would come back immediately and can recommend these apartments to anyone. Also, the advice provided by Feelazur before the arrival was very helpful, fast and courteous.

For us it was no problem, but there are quite a lot of stairs to the 5th Floor.

Cheap electrical appliances, thus no good function
Note to mosquito infestation would be an advantage, then we bought bug spray, etc
