The holidayapartment is situated on the 5th and last floor with lift for 2 persons and is situated in the very heart of Nice, close to everything and very convenient for discovering all the charms of Nice. Only 100 meters from the Promenade des Anglais. Living room with confy sofas and dining area.
Open kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, oven, micro wave oven and cook top and fridge.
1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm large). Bathroom with tub. Separate WC.

The holiday apartment in the Rue Paradis in Nice has thoroughly enjoyed it. It is comfortably furnished and decorated, the terrace offers additional space. The location is perfect near to the old town from Nice, the beach, the pedestrian zone, etc. easily accessible and quiet. We felt, the whole time of our stay, very comfortable. For any further stay in Nice, we would book this holiday rental again.
