The holiday apartment is lovely but the uniqueness of this property is the roof swimming pool and sunbathing area (there is a 2nd paddling pool for toddlers) which is located on 8th floor - and the sunbathing/clubhouse area - both face fully south and offer superb sea views over the Baie des Anges. The only independent apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais with roof pool!
