Villa Libellule, built in the 1920s in the beautiful Belle Époque style, with magnificent stucco-ornamented ceilings, high wall paneling, oak parquet floors, an ornate fireplace and wide glass insert doors. Situated in the centre of the old part of Menton, only 100 meters from the beach, the promenade and the pedestrian street.

The villa has 6 comfortable bedrooms (4 large double beds and 3 single beds). 11 till 12 persons possible (one of large lounge sofa)

Main level: fully equipped kitchen with small dining area in the classic rural Provence style, dining room (sits 10 persons), living room, 1 double bedroom and entrance hall.

Upper level: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 bunkbeds), spacious lounge and 1 shower room with WC.

Ground level: 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single beds), shower room with WC, a large office with 2 fully equipped work stations with computer, flat screens and printer. All furniture is of high quality and design, large lounge sofas, everything in state-of-art-HiFi, gaming and IT, and original works of art collected in Bali. All rooms have their own distinctive character.

Air-conditioning and loudspeaker system is installed throughout the property.

In the garden, amongst lemon and orange trees and bougainvillea, you will find an outdoor Jacuzzi, shower, lounge area, sun beds, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

Menton is on the borders of Italy, Monaco and Nice, and combines the best of Italian and French cuisine, culture and ambience. With 316 days of sunshine a year, winter is practically unknown in Menton. You can enjoy a beautiful sea and the nearby sunny mountains all year round.

The array of possible activities is wide and varied - bathing in the Mediterranean sea, hiking in the Mercantour National Parc, shopping in
Monaco and San Remo, enjoying the local sights and markets, dining in the excellent local restaurants, skiing in Limone or Isola 2000 - nothing is
impossible, and nothing's too far away. Bring a swim suit, skiing gear, hiking boots and a tuxedo and you can't go wrong!
