The price announced comprises the normal charges, administration fee and the final cleaning (excepting kitchen and dishes). Bed linen and towels are to order and pay extra. For big events changing in price could occure (Grand Prix de Monaco or Cannes Film Festival)

In France tourist have to pay a holiday tax to the local authorities in Euros. This fee as well as other extra services such as rental bed linen, towels, baby cot, airport key pick up, charges for telephone etc. are, according to the description, charges that come in addition to the announced price on the Internet site.


Arrival : the keys will be available between 14:00 to 18:00 in the office of our partners at the following address. Please notice that you cannot enter the apartment for 16:00 at arrival day, unless otherwise agreed


Departure : Please leave the holidays rentals from 10.00 (10 am), unless otherwise agreed
