The beach is 1 min walk, very good for sunbathing or swimming or a day with the kids. The station is 2 minutes¿ walk and you can get a stunning train ride direct to Monaco 14 min, Nice 10 min; Cannes 45 min. Italy is only 45 min. There are shops a few hundred yards away, and more excellent restaurants than you can visit in a fortnight.
