Splendid villa of Mediterranean style situated in a secured residence in Aspremont (pretty village close to Nice). The interior design with "Safari"-touch. Living surface of 265m² on 3 levels, 225m² of terraces and 1500m² of garden, a beautiful swimming pool with pool-house, only 10 minutes' drive (10km) to the village centre and all conveniences, 25 minutes' from Nice Airport and 5km to the highway.
In all 10 rooms: 1 fully equipped kitchen and 2 kitchenettes, living room with dining area, 4 bedrooms (bedding for 10 persons in double beds (5 double beds) and for 2 children (2 single beds), 4 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi, 4 WC. Technical equipment: multi-lingual telephone set, internet access ADSL, living room with DVD and home cinema sound system. TV and VCR in all bedrooms.
Many closets, laundry, barbecue, pool-house with pizza oven, gym, Jacuzzi-shower, car-port for 2 cars and enclosed and secured outdoor parking for 5 cars. A house-keeper lives in a separate house on the property and is in charge of the swimming pool and the garden.
Charge for electricity is extra and according to consumption.
